Dual HotEnd Mount

Run a 4mm drill bit through the centre holes and the 4mm holes on the corners.

Before proceeding follow the steps shown above for the Pro & Lite X-Carriage and test-fitting the extruders into the holes.

O-Ring

• 2 x Rubber O-Rings (Dual Extruder Box).

O-Rings

Insert the two rubber O-Rings into the Holes where the HotEnd Fits.

Grubs & Nuts

• 4 x M4 12mm Grubs Screws (Bag 14).
• 4 x M4 Square Nuts (Bag 12).

The four M4 Square nuts fit into the recesses through the holes which the HotEnds fit. The nuts go in at an angle, using a pair of needle-nose pliers can help during installation.

Note : If you are short of M4 12mm Grub Screws check the corrections bag inside the Stretch Box.

Nuts

• 4 x M4 Square Nuts (Bag 12).

Fit the four nuts into the corner sockets. They can be pulled into place using an M4 16mm screw (Bag 14).

Finished

• 8 x M3 Square Nuts (Bag 6).

Insert the M3 Square nuts into the Carriage. Use a pair of needle-nose pliers to ease fitment.
