3D 'IT' Architect for 3D-Daytona.com 3D-Daytona.com May 2016 – Present (4 months)Daytona Beach, Florida Area It was a little while ago I was asked about my thoughts on 3D Printers. I remember not being very encouraging. In-fact I NEVER have envisioned exactly what-why or how I would use (3D's)them.

In April 2016 I saw a report about a company, Carbon3D, unveiling a “breakthrough” 3D printing process referred to as Continuous Liquid Interface Production technology or CLIP..News of this new 3D printing process, which claimed to be able to print objects 25-100 times faster than traditional 3D printers hit the 3D world like a whirlwind.

Now the 'Terminator' type of 'Pulling a virtually smooth (.02MM) 3D object from a pool of molten liquid was real and with introductory speeds of 25 to 100 times than traditional 3D printers!

..Then, in less than a week Gizmo3Dprinters, announced a super fast-er SLA style 3D printer, which may actually one-up the Carbon3D system, as far as speed and print quality go....."

So now, What do I think of this 3D Printing thing? Well, I ordered a top down Gizmo3Dprinter, .....and have started studying 3D printing.

Currently I occupy a small 8x10 booth at the Daytona Beach Flea Market (in it's air-conditioned building) and have newly registered '3D-Daytona.com'. Here's hoping this old dog is learning some new tricks in 3DPrinting/Adaptive Manufacturing! Maybe envisioned this and even more?
